A cheeky mini top hat in ivory sinamay, this is attached to elastic and is worn on the head at a jaunty angle!  It has a headband made of ivory silk abaca which has a chain of delicate lace daisies running round it and ivory veiling covers the whole hat with daisies dotted over it. An ivory curled goose quill, again with lace daisies adds height.
